The character is a drow priest and spy.

Karas walks slowly towards the bath, his eyes locked upon these exotic beauties. He shakes his head a bit and forces himself to scan the room for danger, but he sees none. So he removes his cloths and goes down the stone stairs of the bath. The two elves come closer and start to wash him with gentle and sensual hands.
Everywhere the blood touches his skin, his many scars are tinted with red. Luminous red lines are magically drawn on his ebony skin, like millions of spider webs, like the meridians, those threads of energy that animate the body.
He looks at his skin with alarm, but the elves are now combing his hair and plaiting them in numerous bloody braids. The luminous lines don’t seem to hurt so he tries to relax.
One of the elves sees his unease and attempts to make him relax by gently stroking his crotch. The sensation is almost new to him. Drowess are everything but nice and gentle in their sexual activities. He can feel his own blood reacting to their caress.
But before he can act on his desire, they guide him outside of the bath, dry him and cover his skin with scented oil.
One of them takes a bundle of fabric and unfolds it to reveal a black metallic mask with silver edges. Its base is decorated with mandibles that would be almost at the same height as his mouth, if he was to wear it. There are six rubies embedded in the forehead, and with his own red eyes, the spider will have eight eyes.
She places it on his face while the other woman turns a huge mirror toward him and removes the fabric covering it. Karas looks at the mirror and his heart skips a beat.
His reflection is striking. With the lighting of the room, the red lines on his body seem to pulsate with malevolent energy. His bloody glistening braids fall to his waist. The monstrous mask hides the upper part of his face, while leaving his mouth and chin free. He looks much more imposing and wild than he could have imagined. He almost shudders at his reflection, but he could not say if the shivers are caused by fear or lust.

I remember seeing this on S. Yoshiko's page! I'm sorry I didn't stop by to appreciate your end of the creativity. 
I only know some basics of Drow lore because of my husband, JamesVail, and some DA users who explained their characters to me. I love that this piece is really dark and intense. Fuckin' awesome. Would really like to know more about him and the story.
